The place was quite clean, had a great location, modern rooms, and I had a pleasant 8-night stay.

The rooms was great

The adress doesn't appear correctly on neither google maps or a gps. And the hotel is not listed in the gps as a hotel/motel so it's difficult to reach (knowing that it's on the corner of hignway help, but having a reachable adress would be good...)

My room was nice and clean. Everything you need for living was in. There is a free minibus to IAH and back (the taxi is 23$ by the way). It is a great place for that money.

The hotel is close to large highway so it is very noisy 24 hours/day. Breakfast consists only of muesli and tosters.

The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and we really liked the super friendly staff. It is located in an amazing building, in a particularly good and unbeatable location, right in the middle of Jackson. - We stayed for 1 night and loved the George Bush International Airport - IAH district.

Low cost of the room.

Despite the advertising on website that there is an airport shuttle, and the van that is in front of the building, there is no shuttle. This basically doubles the cost of the room, as a taxi is $25 one way to the airport. The hotel itself is basically underneath the highway. If it's cheapest, fine, but otherwise there is not much to recommend this hotel. The email address for the hotel bounces, so it's not possible to get in touch with the manager.

Great price for a comfortable night's sleep before catching a flight at the nearby airport. Also was pleasantly surprised by the yummy waffle that was a part of the free continental breakfast!

The non disturbing atmosphere

This place has spacious and bright rooms in a green area close to the airport, with a lot of goodies for breakfast and a very welcoming and helpful staff who provided recommendations.

good service was provided too. our room was cool and spotless, had a clean bathroom. the food was great and there were good choice of dishes in the menu. the staff was especially helpful and attentive and assisted us greatly.

Close to children's home and centilized to whole Houston area. Reasonable rates for units

Had our reservation wrong. Booked Queen non-smoking 2 bed room but got us booked for 1 bed but were nice and put us in correct room. Area is hard to get to because of location and area construction going on. Breakfast nothing special-on light side. Have to ask for everything. Might recommend stay if travelers knew access problems and accommodations. Need of repairs

The idea of having a quadruple room was great. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were super friendly and accommodating all the time. The restaurant had healthy food.

Good to be fairly close to the airport, gardens, pool are nice

My room smelled foul, it was noisy and it hadn´t been cleaned since the last guest. Toothpaste on the faucet, hair in the shower, used coffee filter in the machine. This place needs to be upgraded, and cleaned better. Stale cigarette smoke permanently penetrated the curtains, carpets so only removing them will get rid of the smell

cleanliness I found 2 big coocarachos. One day they didn´t make the room. Continental breaffast was very poor.
